Bestbuy Maldives (BBM) will host three-starred Michelin Chef Bruno Menard on June 10th as part of its Masterclass series. The Masterclass series is a community outreach initiative by BBM.

Chef Bruno is no stranger to professional and aspiring chefs in the Maldives. He also hosted a Masterclass with BBM in 2019, where he demonstrated the preparation of a full-course meal, showcasing his incredible flavours.

The event is free to attend (pro bono) but it is by invitation only. One hundred chefs and culinary professionals will have the opportunity to participate.

In accordance with our dedication to enhancing the Maldivian hospitality sector and supporting local talent, BBM warmly invites all chefs and hotel school students to register and take part in our event.

30% of the available seats are reserved for Maldivians, with an additional ten seats exclusively set aside for students from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies (FHTS) at Maldives National University (MNU).

With over 38 years of experience in the culinary world, 24 years in Asia, and 15 years in Europe, Chef Bruno now shares his expertise worldwide. Having earned three Michelin Stars and served as a previous Master Chef Asia judge, Chef Bruno Menard stands among the greatest chefs throughout the globe.

  • Demonstration of hot application dishes and pastries in the morning and cold application dishes in the afternoon.
  • Explanation of some of the latest culinary techniques and arts.
